New Thailand wedding planner joins Marry Abroad

Thailand makes a fantastic wedding location so it's great to be able to announce Take us to Thailand has joined marryabroad.co.uk. Take us to Thailand was set up after co-director Natalie got married on the beach in Thailand and had such a wonderful experience that she wanted to help other couples experience a Thai wedding. You can check out Natalie's wedding pictures yourself on Marry Abroad's real life weddings page as well as discover how you can have your dream Thai wedding by visiting our Thailand weddings page.

New country pages on marryabroad.co.uk

As we're dedicated to bringing the widest and best choice of wedding planners and locations to our visitors, we're happy to announce that two new wedding professionals have joined Marry Abroad. Firstly we'd like to announce a brand new page for India. We quite often receive enquiries for India and it's proving to be a popular choice on the wedding abroad front, so we're delighted that Royal Weddings Jaipur has joined us. Royal Weddings Jaipur is located in north western India and can arrange all kinds of weddings regardless of budget, including traditional Indian weddings and blessings. So, if you'd like more information please contact Nataliya at Royal Weddings Jaipur , she'd love to hear from you. Secondly, we're very pleased to increase our presence in Europe with a new Croatia weddings page. Croatia's popularity as a travel destination has grown immensely in the past few years and it's now booming as a wedding destination. Jadranka Hotels ...

Meet and Greet

Well it was a great day today at the National Wedding Fair. We met lots of brides to be (and a few grooms), said hi to several of our advertised wedding planners (it's always nice to meet people from around the world) and all in all had a fab time. As we were talking to various people we realised that many businesses sell weddings as an "extra" to a holiday, not as the main event.......but surely that's not how weddings should be booked? Obviously (to us) it should be about the wedding first and the holiday second? So, anyway, if you're going to book a wedding abroad anytime soon, we'd recommend you find a destination with the perfect location and ceremony you want first- not book a package holiday then add on a wedding deal.......you only get married once (hopefully!)

Wedding Shows

Autumn is when the wedding season really starts up. Lots of wedding shows all round the country, they're quite good fun for a day out if you like that kind of thing, although I wouldn't recommend you make major purchases there as the shows are quite hectic and you don't want to make a mistake buying your wedding dress! The National Wedding Show in London is on the last weekend in September and the Team from Marry Abroad http://www.marryabroad.co.uk/ will be there on the Saturday. We haven't got a stand, but we'll be wandering around all day so if you're there and want some info we'll be happy to tell you what we know! Or you can email us through our website - we always reply to enquiries. Look forward to meeting some brides to be in London!
