Wedding in Greece - 5 star hotel

Sani Beach Hotel is to be relaunched as a five-star hotel when it reopens for the summer season this April.

The resort’s owners say significant refurbishments and room reconfiguration at a cost of €15 million have transformed the hotel - part of a large resort in Halkidiki with its own marina and village in a nature reserve - into a five-star hotel.

The new-look Sani Beach Hotel will have 100 fewer rooms and the new inventory will include 60 suites with 50 sq metres of living space to accommodate up to four guests. The hotel will also unveil 20 family-focused suites. Golf carts have been introduced to ferry guests around the resort.

The hotel’s car park is also being transformed into a Mediterranean garden and a new playground has been introduced for kids. New menus have been introduced and 24-hour room service will be available.

The Sani Beach Experience will also be enhanced, with new beach kiosks on the 7m beach and ‘Beach Buddies’ offering food and drink service. Beach toys and games will also be available for kids.

Sani Beach Hotel also has a pool, fitness studio, watersports centre and spa and plans are in place to refurbish the public areas and remaining guestrooms at the hotel in 2012.

Prices for a new-look junior suite at Sani Beach Hotel will start from €95 per room per night.
